Frankie's All Purpose Flour is wheat-free, gluten-free, GMO-free, corn flour-free, preservative and sugar-free.  Use for sweet or savory baking.  As there is no gluten to develop, when making cakes, muffins, etc, do not under-beat.  It is better to over beat for the lightest baking results.
