Chocolate Brownie

Gluten Free Brownie

12oz. (340g) melted chocolate
5oz. (142g) butter

Mix well together.
Then add:

6 large eggs (one or two at a time mixing well into chocolate).

Then add:
1 cup (170g) Frankie's Gluten
           Free All Purpose Flour
2 cups (400g) white sugar

Beat on high until well combined.  Pour into parchment paper lined 9X13 cake pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until a skewer comes out slightly sticky.  Let cool before cutting.
