The concept of Frankie's began as a Mediterranean style restaurant to be housed at the corner of Main and Brock Streets in Uxbridge, Ontario in February of 2008.  On March 1 2008 Frank and Donna's son and Joel's eldest brother, Frankie, was killed in a scooter accident in Miami.

Frank, being a severe Celiac all his life, determined the fate of this restaurant - it became 100% gluten-free to be a haven for all Celiacs and as a tribute to our son and brother.

The in-house bakery became very popular with not just the restaurant patrons but people looking for fresh baked desserts.

The bakery became so busy it had to be moved to its own location to serve the many gluten-free sufferers.

Frankie's sold the restaurant portion of the business in June of 2017 and is now working on a wholesale division of their business to accommodate even more Celiacs.

Reaching our Celiac friends with quality gluten-free baking is our passion and our purpose.
