Chocked full of Belgian chocolate.  These brownies bring on a new name for brownies.  Now you can make them at home! Each package makes an 8X8 pan of chocolate brownies.

Dairy-free, nut-free.

Ingredients in package: Frankie's All Purpose Flour (Sorghum, rice, tapioca, arrowroot, potato, teff, millet, xanthan & guar gum), white sugar, Belgian dark chocolate chips, baking powder, salt.

Method: Empty mix into mixing bowl. Add 1/3 cup of oil OR melted butter, 3 eggs and 3 Tbsp. water. Beat together until smooth and thick. Spread in 8x8x2" greased or parchment paper lined pan. Bake 25-30 min. at 350 F. Cool before cutting into squares.

Méthode: Vider le mélange dans un bol à mélanger. Ajouter 1/3 tasse d'huile OU de beurre fondu, 3 œufs et 3 c. l'eau. Battre ensemble jusqu'à consistance lisse et épaisse. Étaler dans un moule graissé ou tapissé de papier sulfurisé 8x8x2". Cuire 25-30 min. à 350 F. Laisser refroidir avant de couper en carrés.
