This recipe makes some really nice chocolate cake muffins.  Top them with a chocolate icing and you've got the perfect after-school treat.

Contains Frankie's famous All Purpose Flour which is: wheat-free, gluten-free, GMO-free, and corn flour-free. Just follow the recipe printed on the package. As there is no gluten to develop, when this product is being made, do not under-beat.  It is better to over beat for the lightest baking results.

Ingredients: Gluten-free all purpose flour (Sorghum, rice, tapioca, arrowroot, potato, teff, guar gum), sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, flax seed, salt.
