This fruitcake is made the old fashioned way, with lots of French Brandy soaked fruit, whole cherries and an additional generous amount of Brandy drizzled on top.  This fruitcake gives Christmas Cake a whole new name. Making this fruitcake for the past 11 years this has been one of our customers favourite holiday treats.
Packed with more fruit than actual cake this is a dense and well-loved cake.

Each cake is roughly 800grams in weight.
