This chocolate bar is made with 70% pure Belgian chocolate.  This bar has all of the great flavours, tones and notes that our other dark chocolate bars have (which are made with 54% Belgian chocolate), but this bar has additional fruity notes and added richness that you can only find in a darker, more robust piece of chocolate.  Like our other chocolates this Belgian couverture chocolate melts in your mouth allowing it to be enjoyed fully.

Each chocolate is hand-made in small batches.
 

The chocolate used in this bar is 100% sustainably harvested and traceable to the local farming communities.
