Molasses Cookies

¾ C. butter or shortening
1 C. brown sugar
1 egg
¼ C. molasses
2-1/4 C. Frankie’s all purpose flour
½ tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
½ tsp cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon

Method: Pre-heat oven to 350F. Cream butter, sugars and eggs together and beat until light. Combine dry ingredients together and add to wet mixture. Drop by teaspoon onto parchment lined baking sheet.  Bake until firm to the touch. (9-12 minutes)
